Balearic Islands of Spain
Balearic Island is a group of Island Located or situated in Spain. In Total there are 4 Largest and significant Islands Ibiza, Menorca, Formentera, Mallorca. These large Islands are surrounded by other smaller Islands.The Climate of these Islands is usually the dry summer climate which makes it perfect place to enjoy Island fun. Balearic Islands are very popular tourist destination and the 4 Major Islands are specifically rushed by tourists. Due to its popularity and significance as tourist spot, it is globally known as a party spot. Which further attracts the Musicians, Celebrities, and other entertainers to itself.
On Balearic Islands, the events never stops which never allows it to become boring for anyone.There are nightclubs all over the Islands. Food avaliable here is not particularly very different from native Spanish cusines but they do have some discreet seperating feature that makes it unique to the balearic Islands.
The native languages spoken by the people here are usually Catalan and Spanish.The Popularity of these Islands originates from the Beaches ,scenic coastlines, ,the mountains, and the beautiful blue coloured sea .
Another distinctive feature and found amusing by many people are the mountain to the north of Mallorca Island "Serra de Tramuntana". It is situated in the spanish Island of Mallorca. It is also inscripted to be one of the worlds heritage site by "UNESCO" in 2011.
The landscape has terraced vegitation and agriculture which is irrigated by managed system of interconnected water works.The Vegitation and agriculture system in Mallorca signifies the mixture of Muslim and christian Water supply system and agricultural knowledge interconnected. Since before 13 Century muslims were living in the region and after conquest of spain christian traditions and technology started to emerge in Spain. Due to this historical rift the culture of the region even today seems to be a mixture of ancient arabic and christian traditions.
It is written by UNESCO that cultural landscape provides a preculiar example of terraced farmed landscape which is irrigated by a very specialized system of water works.
Right now due to the Spread of COVID-19 or Corona Virus travel is restricted to the area to prevent the spread of corona virus through public gathering. We all can hope for a quick resolution to the situation so this outstaning tourist spot can once again become the hub of parties and fun.
Walled town of Alcudia in Mallorca.
Alcudia is a walled town in mallorca, its walls still stand from the periord of 14th century displaying the historical feature of the land. There are sevral busses you can take or book to visit alcudia. The tourist here are fascinated by the ancient architecture and walk through town is enjoyed through absorbing the pleasent moods of people and street foods avaliable.There's almost no traffic on the street and you'll be seeing people walking all around without any mechanical transport, maybe you'll feel yourself in the medieval times. There are alots of resturants and hotels that serves the best food avaliable in the town.
It is a recommendation to visit the town on a market day. The city on the market day is at its full glory and you get to see the market rushed by people and also get to buy some really great Souvenir and gifts for the people back at home.
